Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unwashed stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Tags should still be attached.

Start a return by emailing [email protected] with your order number. We'll send return instructions.

Custom pieces are made specifically for you, so they can't be returned unless there's a defect or we got the order wrong — in which case we'll remake or refund it, your choice.

This is why we send a mock-up for approval before printing. Check it carefully; once approved we go to press.

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — remake, replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. No need to send the damaged item back.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
