Yes — that's most of what we do. Send whatever you have and we'll mock it up free. Higher-resolution files print better, but we can usually work with a phone photo of a sketch.

One. There's no minimum for custom work, though volume pricing starts at twelve pieces.

You'll have a mock-up within one business day. Once you approve it, add 2–3 business days for production plus shipping time.

If it hasn't gone to production, yes — get in touch quickly and we'll take care of it. Once it's printed we can't unprint it, though we'll always try to help.
